How to apply for birth certificate: Birth certificate will get from Municipal corporation offices or will apply from online govt. web portals using time of birth, place of birth (area code)  has given by the hospitals along with parent details which was given at the time of joining for delivery. After applied Online Application for Birth Certificate  with all details, within 4 to 7 days have download birth certificate from online or that can collect from the Municipal offices are. In India every state has their own birth certificate provided web portals using them we can get the online birth certificate.

How to download the birth certificate: In general after the birth of baby with the 30days hospitals will be provide complete details to the municipal offices to get an entry, once all the birth details has entered have get the birth certificate from mee-seva, e-seva centers or if incase birth details of the baby has been not entered in online then directly approach the municipal officer and submit the duly birth certificate form with attachment of hospital birth form of baby and minimal fee. We can download in-case we applied at online or government service centers, if we applied on off line method then we can get the birthcertificate from officer after one week.

How to check the status of Birth certificate records:

In Telangana state GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation):

1. Login in to http://ubdmis.telangana.gov.in/ website.

2. Click on Search birth details tab at right side.

3. Enter the complete details and submit.

4. It show the status of the birth certificate if found other with it gives message like no records found.

Note: If incase No records found status appears then we can directly apply through the officer in Municipal offices.
