In general Wifi router IP addresses are 192.168.o.1, 192.168.1.1, 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.1.254. These IP addresses are different from router brand to brand. However most of the top brands are used 192.168.o.1 IP address by default. Coming to the user name and password of the router to login is basically username is admin and password is password, it could vary based on router brand.
